8:25 am - Jamie blogs about Geralyn's water breaking and she yells 'Get off that damn computer and come over here and help me!'.

Actually, I was more frantic than she was. I happened to be sitting at my computer with the Movable Type control panel open, so I jotted down this quick update before getting up and babbling like an idiot about packing bags and making sure we had enough spare change for the hospital vending machines.
Ger calmly told me that though we should leave soon there was no great hurry. So I finished packing the hospital bags, took a shower, vacuumed the house, made the bed, dusted the upstairs, and tidied up a bit before leaving. Didn't want to bring a baby home to a messy house, eh? :)
